You will be responsible for managing all formal grievances and complaints with impartiality and discretion. This will involve conducting investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation to reach fair resolutions. You will also mediate between parties to resolve conflicts efficiently and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also have 1-2 years of experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
