Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted analytics strategies
  • Design and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
  • Mentor and lead a team of data scientists to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on leadership and team management
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience building and deploying models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
