Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of end-to-end project execution for villa construction, guaranteeing compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Effective coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Implementation of quality control measures and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Identification and resolution of technical issues during construction.
  • Preparation of comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Compliance with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and legal approvals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
