Job Title: Digital Storyteller

We are seeking an innovative and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Storyteller. This role involves pioneering new formats in digital journalism, developing interactive articles, immersive multimedia stories, and leveraging AR/VR technologies to bring news to life.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences, engage with audiences through social media and other digital platforms, analyze and adapt strategies based on audience behavior, and stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.

About the Role:

  • Pioneer New Formats: Develop interactive articles, immersive multimedia stories, and leverage AR/VR technologies to bring news to life.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with editors, developers, and designers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Engage with Audiences: Utilize social media and other digital platforms to interact with readers and build a community around our content.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Use analytics tools to understand audience behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and tools to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in digital journalism or content creation. Experience with interactive media is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems, multimedia editing software, and basic understanding of web technologies.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and come up with novel ways to present information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
