Senior Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced and motivated technical expert to lead the development of high-performance, scalable systems.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement solutions involving Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
  • Work with databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and querying.
  • Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.
  • Apply knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design to solve complex problems.
  • Drive performance tuning efforts including caching strategies and multithreading optimizations.
  • Collaborate with teams; AWS experience is a plus.
  • Encourage coding standards, best practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience designing and operating systems at scale.
  • Expertise in performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of multithreading and concurrency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
