The Mission:As our first AI hire and a foundational member of the company, you will be responsible for designing the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and building the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage – the Data Flywheel.
This isn't a role for incremental improvements; you will be making foundational design decisions and building sophisticated AI engines that will redefine an entire industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and architecting complex machine learning systems from scratch.
- Expertise in modern AI stacks, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
- Strategic systems-level thinking to solve complex technical challenges.
- Full ownership and passion for seeing architectural decisions translate into tangible business success.
