Are you a data expert seeking a challenging role where your analytical skills can drive business growth? Look no further

We're seeking a Senior BI/Data Engineer to join our team and spearhead the development of robust data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. As a key member of our data team, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that meet our organization's strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and data models to support data-driven decision-making
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Mentoring junior analysts and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Defining and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and reliability
  • Collaborating with data engineers to optimize our data warehouse architecture

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one modern BI tool
  • Experience with data modeling techniques, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud data ecosystems like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Programming skills in languages like Python for data processing
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards
