Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated React developer to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the object model. Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM is also desired.

  • Create new user-facing features using React.js.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Maintain thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies in front-end development.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and production environments.
  • Closely work with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior developers when needed.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or MobX.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile development.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Proven track record of delivering public-facing websites.
  • Implementing smooth animations and interactions using libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or WebGL.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest or Enzyme.
