Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire human resources function at our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The person should be able to manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Recruit, onboard, and train clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Process payroll, manage attendance records, and maintain accurate leave records.
• Handle grievances and provide employee counseling and support.
• Draft, update, and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee documentation, including contracts, ID cards, and benefits information.

Requirements for the Position Include:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience working with NABH JCI standards and hospital accreditation requirements is highly desirable.
