Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ACCA trainee to join our team in Mangalore, India.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 0-2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial statements, tax returns, bookkeeping, and client communications across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and file financial statements for companies under UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Tax Return Filing: Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients in the UK and overseas via email, telephone calls, and video conference calls.
  • Tax Advice: Prepare tax advice reports for clients spanning multiple jurisdictions, considering local and international taxes, accounting standards, legal issues, and the impact on company funding requirements.
  • Payment Processing: Oversee and assist with processing all payments, including vendor invoices, individual reimbursements, payroll, and other accounts payable and receivables as required.
  • Tax Authority Liaison: Deal with tax authorities for successful tax claims and investigations covering R&D tax credits, capital allowances, stamp taxes, VAT, etc.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • ACCA affiliate or ACCA aspirant pursuing professional level.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with outstanding academic records and those who are first-time passouts.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and UK taxation.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
