Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, and drawing conclusions and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, with experience in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and multi-modal models. They will also have excellent business acumen, with the ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end initiatives from business understanding to deployment
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings, and drawing conclusions and recommendations
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in machine learning, including Generative AI, NLP, and multi-modal models
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Experience with big data and distributed environments
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI or NLP
