Digital Strategy Role

As a Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies across various platforms and tools. Your primary goal is to translate client goals into sharp Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that focus on business metrics rather than vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end strategies that incorporate Meta, Google, Programmatic, and RMNs to achieve client objectives.
  • Translate client objectives into measurable KPIs that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead pitches independently or in collaboration with teams to create compelling story-led decks that showcase expertise.
  • Apply MarTech/AdTech, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Collection and Reporting (DCRs), and tools like GWI to gather insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Reverse-engineer competitor and historical plans to identify gaps and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with planning, buying, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Design and execute structured test-and-learn programs and simple forecasting scenarios to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead projects independently.
  • Proficiency in using MarTech/AdTech tools, CDPs, and data analytics software.
  • Experience in digital marketing, media planning, and buying a plus.
