Chief Security Architect

As a seasoned security specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of applications to identify vulnerabilities and collaborate with development teams to design secure software systems. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security into the application development process from inception.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities in an application, devising strategies to mitigate these threats, and implementing robust security measures to prevent data breaches and cyber attacks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proficient in multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, and Ruby.
- Advanced understanding of language nuances and potential security flaws inherent in different programming languages.
- Experience in API development/testing and API security.
- Established experience with Agile (including Scrum and Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Containers, and Serverless technologies.
- Proven expertise in SAST, DAST, Jira, and Confluence tools, integrating security incident workflows.
- Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption, with practical application.
