Senior Visual Designer Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual identity of our fast-growing beauty brand.

This role involves creating premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral is essential.
  • Maintaining a consistent brand identity across consumer touchpoints requires strong creative direction and vision.
  • Designing social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits in line with brand strategy is crucial.
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals showcases teamwork and adaptability.
  • Transforming consumer insights into innovative design concepts demonstrates strategic thinking and creativity.
  • Providing mentorship to junior designers and freelancers highlights leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role, showcasing expertise in branding and digital campaign design.
  • A strong portfolio featuring extensive work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is necessary.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly valued.
  • Balancing creativity with commercial goals such as conversion, engagement, and retention requires a unique blend of artistic and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling drives effective brand representation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills facilitate seamless team interactions.

Nice to have: Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media, photography or art direction background, and experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments enhance versatility.
