Administrative Operations Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to provide administrative support to our worldwide CC/IS/IPD R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase order requests, internal product sample order requests, and IT orders in BuySmart.
Additionally, the role involves assisting suppliers and buyers in resolving invoice issues, submitting new supplier requests in Aravo, generating iCertis contracts, coordinating meetings and events, and drafting communications.
Key Responsibilities:
