Actuarial Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Actuarial Specialist to join our team. As an expert in actuarial science, you will be responsible for leading various projects related to insurance rate filings.

Our team focuses on the insurance sector, with a strong emphasis on Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Health care, and Retirement Benefits. We have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients across the US markets.

• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and presentation of data as assigned.
• Work closely with our team and clients on general insurance actuarial projects.
• Manage stakeholders, teams, and projects effectively.
• Examine and critically evaluate actuarial projects.
• Deliver exceptional results for actuarial teams.
• Develop roadmaps, plans for actuarial projects, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed documentation for pricing, rate indication, rate revision, rate review, valuation reports, and presentations.
• Assist in learning and development of new team members.
• Evaluate compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the current state of affairs and problem statement.
• Interact with clients regularly, understand their requirements, and transform that into a business framework, providing actuarial solutions for Pricing Non-Life.
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation in Excel, R, Python, SAS, Emblem/RADAR, ResQ.
• Experience in data management and actuarial process improvements.
• Perform in-depth data analysis like identifying major trends, univariate, and multivariate analysis.
• Personal and commercial lines general insurance Pricing Non-Life for US/UK/APAC Insurance markets.
• Knowledge of General Insurance domain and P&C actuarial concepts is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
