Business Performance Senior Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Performance Senior Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be accountable for delivering business planning and performance management products, working closely with various teams to provide insightful financial analysis that supports effective business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Prepare timely and accurate financial and management information. Develop materials for leadership team discussions, providing key messages, analysis, and insights to improve profitability.
  • Business Planning & Analysis: Play a key role in developing long-term and quarterly plans. Analyze data in SAP-based systems and present findings in visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Coordinate plans, prepare presentations, and provide detailed cost forecasts.
  • Business Partnering: Build and maintain proactive business relationships with relevant leadership teams. Support the performance management agenda by ensuring robust forecasts and delivering insightful commentary.
  • Actuals & Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals, highlighting areas of performance that are either ahead of or behind the plan. Suggest potential interventions to address performance gaps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities in performance management products. Promote the use of standard systems and work towards simplifying and standardizing processes.

This role is vital to our efforts to modernize and digitize finance activities. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of our processes.
