Job Overview
Shell is seeking a highly skilled Production Optimization Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Well, Reservoir, and Facility Management (WRFM) team, you will be responsible for maximizing integrated business value across the organization.

About the Role
The WRFM Operations Lead will be accountable for delivering extraordinary outcomes for the business, driving fully integrated management of assets, and ensuring team members have the clarity and capability to deliver on expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as WRFM Process Specialist for SS&W - Across the Shell assets.
- Work with Excellence Lead for Process Improvements and Initiatives for Optimization of Process, organization, and business enabled values for WRFM and related activities.
- Report project progress and discuss opportunities for improvement on regular basis with WRFM Operational Lead and Leadership Team of SS&W.
- Accountable for the maturation and execution of the WRFM improvement plan for assets.

Requirements
- Petroleum Engineering or related PE Degree in related technical field with 10+ years industry experience complimented by a robust relevant technical skill set is strongly preferred.
- Strong skills PTA, PVT, and sample analysis will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of field development planning activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Deep understanding of WRFM practices and WRFM standards.
