We are seeking a skilled Data Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data models and solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), with the ability to create and deliver high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • A self-starter approach, with a sense of ownership and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation programs and support business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF COMPLEX TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT WITHIN DATA PORTFOLIO
  • WORKING WITHIN AGILE MULTI-SKILLED TEAMS TO CREATE WORLD-CLASS PRODUCTS TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS
  • PERFORMING THE ELICITATION AND ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS CHANGE, FUNCTIONAL, AND NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS ACROSS A RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS
  • OWNING AND PRODUCING RELEVANT ANALYSIS AND MODELING ARTIFACTS THAT ENABLE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO DEVELOP WORKING PRODUCTS
