We are seeking a skilled professional with a proven track record of implementing Coupa solutions.

  • Strong expertise in Coupa modules, including configuration and rollout experience
  • Hands-on experience in setting up various Coupa integrations (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoice, Expenses etc)
  • Proficient in configuring and supporting Coupa, with knowledge of enhancements, changes, and issue resolution
  • Ability to create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa
  • Experience with Coupa release management for new product releases and maintenance
  • Collaborative mindset when working with integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions
  • Experience working with business partners from diverse geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions
  • Ability to create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems
  • Proven expertise in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes
  • Sound business acumen in the procurement area, providing standard or customized solutions to business needs
  • Experience designing and architecting Coupa integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications
  • Adaptability and flexibility when working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies

As a successful candidate, you will possess:
