Financial Operations Manager Job

This senior role involves overseeing customer discounts, ensuring accurate application of approved schemes, and providing timely management information system reports on cost impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a background in finance, preferably with a CA/CMA/MBA qualification and 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue credit notes to customers and verify accuracy and completeness with approved schemes.
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual discounts for customers and provide necessary provisions based on approved schemes.
  • Assist in month-end closing, including providing timely reports and analysis.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations teams to prepare weekly and monthly reports and analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT, and advanced Excel skills.
