Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately completing insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents.
- You will visit multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling out insurance forms for our client pharma company, maintaining accurate records of all data.
- You will verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness, collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients.
- Maintain records of submitted forms and track their status, ensuring compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- You will coordinate with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information, assisting with data entry and updating client information in our database/CRM.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information, meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements
- Graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office, ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
