We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Find Next Hire.
Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the IT service industry, with a strong understanding of the B2B IT product market and digital commerce market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Qualification Criteria:
  • Proven inside sales/BDE/SDR experience in the IT service industry, a minimum of 1 year.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with cold calls and emails.
  • Good understanding of the B2B IT product market and digital commerce market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Hand-on with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
