We are seeking an experienced Physics Teacher to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Physics, with expertise in preparing students for competitive exams.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Academic Delivery
  • Teach Physics to students of Std 11 and 12 (PU1 and PU2) as part of the integrated curriculum for NEET, JEE, and CET.
  • Deliver engaging and concept-oriented lectures with real-life examples.
  • Simplify complex concepts to enhance student understanding.
  1. Exam Preparation
  • Design and implement strategies to help students excel in NEET, JEE, and CET Physics sections.
  • Prepare high-quality question papers, worksheets, and practice tests.
  1. Doubt Clearing and Mentoring
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring to strengthen weak areas.
  • Motivate students to perform at their best academically and personally.
  1. Progress Tracking and Analysis
  • Evaluate student performance through regular tests and provide detailed feedback.
  • Use data to identify and address learning gaps.
  1. Collaborative Contributions
  • Coordinate with other subject teachers to align teaching plans and test schedules.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (B.Tech) or Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) or higher in Physics or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Physics for NEET, JEE, or similar competitive exams.
  • Familiarity with state and CBSE board syllabi is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics, particularly Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism, and Modern Physics.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching (e.g., digital boards, presentations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
