Lead Statistician Programmer

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Statistician Programmer to join our team. As a senior member of the statistical programming department, you will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities for multiple studies and driving the implementation of data analytics reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, clinical research phases, R&D portfolio management, statistical programming, data management & systems, regulatory submissions, innovative & analytical technologies, and clinical trial design, data review & reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading statistical programming activities for multiple studies and driving the implementation of data analytics reports.
  • Developing and implementing programming solutions to ensure project-level standardization.
  • Acting as an expert in problem-solving aspects and ensuring timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions/interactions, safety reports, publications, post-marketing activities, etc.
  • Mentoring and inspiring others to solve problems and recognize and leverage innovation opportunities for own team across projects.
