We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to lead our cloud-based initiatives.

About the Job

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Architect to shape the future of our organization by designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth experience as an Architect with expertise in Google Cloud Platform and a passion for applying the latest technologies to solve business problems.
  • At least 18 years of experience in Data Engineering & Cloud Native technologies, including Google Cloud Platforms, with a focus on big data, analytics, and AI/ML domains.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Data Flow, Cloud Storage, AI Platform/Vertex AI, Dataproc, and GCP IaaS.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, and Data Governance.
  • Experience in leading multiple End-to-End Data Engineering and/or Analytics projects.
  • Familiarity with general programming languages and frameworks, particularly Python and/or Java.
  • Understanding of technology best practices and development lifecycles, such as Agile and CI/CD, as well as those enabling efficient employment of data and machine learning, like DevOps and MLOps.
  • Leadership and direction on projects resulting in secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable platforms.
  • Architecture skills that enable the creation of future-proof, complex global solutions using GCP services.
  • Implementation and/or creation of foundational architectures, including microservices, event-driven, and event streaming, as well as those enabling online machine learning systems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, adaptable according to target audience.
