About the Platform Specialist Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of our platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration and Testing: Test and integrate sub-systems to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Testing and Commissioning Plans: Develop and review testing and commissioning plans for various sub-systems.
  • Contractor Oversight: Review contractors' installation plans and reports to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to industry standards and quality control measures.
  • Leadership and Team Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education: A degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related field is essential.
    • Experience: A minimum of 20 years of experience, including 7 years in the construction field of PSD of Metro Projects, is required.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
      • Problem-solving skills with a focus on integrated project delivery.
      • Leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
      • Technical specification knowledge with proven PSD experience.
