Job Title: Resident Doctor

We are seeking a skilled medical professional to provide high-quality medical care and services to our students and staff, working closely with the existing healthcare team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide outpatient department (OPD) services, emergency medical services, and first aid as needed.
  • Perform minor medical procedures that can be conducted in our health centre.
  • Coordinate referrals to government hospitals and other healthcare facilities for comprehensive patient care.
  • Procure regular medicines, emergency drugs, and medical equipment while adhering to standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines.
  • Regularly review medicine stock, medical equipment, and perform reconciliations.
  • Supervise medical records documentation, first aid box maintenance, and ambulance condition.
  • Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and provide regular training and medical education to the medical team.
  • Conduct first aid training for security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation camps.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and adhere to them.
Requirements:
  • MBBS degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Post-graduate medical qualifications or experience in related field preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good leadership and organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Physical stamina to handle long hours and stressful situations.
