Senior Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our business development and project documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
- Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
- Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
- Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
- Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
- Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per protocol.
- Update and maintain document control logs.
- MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.
