Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our team at Pi Industries. As a key member of our IT department, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure that the development team's technologies used are aligned with these.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team.
  • Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design.
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Direct the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
  • Write testable, scalable, and efficient code and lead code reviews.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure they adhere to determining software quality standards.

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to solve complex software issues.
  • Ability to manage projects and DevOps team individually.
  • Familiarity with Code Versioning tools like Git, SVN, Mercurial.
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of Python programming language and experience in developing APIs using python.
  • Experience with popular workflows, such as Flux or Redux.
