Job Title: Software Project Leader - Power Train

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in automotive embedded software development. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in V cycle activities, model-based design SW development processes and tools, real-time embedded software development with Embedded C language, Matlab, Simulink skills, and technical standards (MISRA, AUTOSAR & ISO26262).

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in SW design & Development tools (Compilers, QAC, test tools), Software Verification and Validation processes & Tools (MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL), CMMI/ Agile SW development processes (SDLC) & tools, and Project Management & Tools (Change Management, Configuration Management, Planning tools).

A bachelor's degree in EEE / ECE/C&I is required. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, good Analytical & problem-solving skills, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict management skills, ability to meet quality standards, organizational goals, and delivery targets, and ability to manage change and take active leadership and timely decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software projects for power trains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
  • Strong knowledge of model-based design SW development processes and tools.
  • Experience with real-time embedded software development using Embedded C language, Matlab, Simulink.
  • Familiarity with technical standards (MISRA, AUTOSAR & ISO26262).
  • CMMI/ Agile SW development processes (SDLC) and tools.
  • Project Management & Tools (Change Management, Configuration Management, Planning tools).
  • Bachelor's degree in EEE / ECE/C&I.
