Job Description

The Analytics Lead will oversee a high-performing team to deliver actionable insights, build scalable dashboards, and develop frameworks that directly impact loss ratios, topline growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the analytics roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver solutions in risk monitoring, portfolio management, and business analytics.
  • Lead full-cycle analytics projects: From scoping to delivery—set timelines, milestones, and drive execution.
  • Build and scale the team: Hire, mentor, and grow analyst talent while instilling best practices in analytics, experimentation, and storytelling.
  • Translate insights into action: Partner with leadership to influence product and business priorities with data-backed recommendations.
  • Experimentation leadership: Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and other causal inference methods to measure impact.
  • Analytics infrastructure: Define metrics, optimize data pipelines, and improve data warehouse efficiency to support scale.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship capacity.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and analytics/statistical methods (EDA, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering).
  • Deep experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference.
  • Strong business acumen—able to connect analytics to portfolio performance, risk drivers, and business strategy.
  • Experience designing and building metrics frameworks and analytics pipelines in high-growth environments.
