As a Reporting and Analytics Expert, you will be based in Kuwait and will analyze data from various sources to prepare comprehensive reports and critical insights related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from multiple sources to create detailed reports on campaign and customer performance.
- Develop reports using reporting tools to facilitate analysis of postpaid and prepaid customers.
- Publish performance summaries and build regular dashboards to track customer lifecycle KPIs and ROI.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
- Apply data analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences.
- Provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and develop campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably with a focus on customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
- At least 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
- Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, with expertise in customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
- Ability to not only generate reports but also define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
