Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as integrating third-party APIs and services.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PHP, WordPress, and REST APIs, as well as experience with Docker, Git, and Linux environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Programming Skills:
  • Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem (hooks, APIs, plugins, themes, Gutenberg)
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns
  • React experience, especially for Gutenberg block development
  • Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments (WP-CLI, file manipulation, container ops)
  • A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution
  • MacOS or Linux development environment (mandatory)
  • Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6)
  • Experience working closely with designers and front-end integrators
  • Awareness of accessibility and Core Web Vitals best practices
