Fashion Sales Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales team as a Fashion Sales representative. This role is responsible for promoting and selling our collections to offline customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell our ethnic wear, western wear, coord sets, short dresses, and other products to offline customers.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS, BOUTIQUES, AND RETAIL OUTLETS.
  • GENERATE NEW LEADS AND CONVERT THEM INTO LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS (B2B AND B2C).
  • CONDUCT PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS, EXPLAIN FEATURES/BENEFITS, AND HANDLE CUSTOMER QUERIES EFFECTIVELY.
  • MONITOR CUSTOMER PREFERENCES AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO THE MERCHANTS/PRODUCTION TEAM.
  • MANAGE OFFLINE ORDER PROCESSING, PAYMENT FOLLOW-UPS, AND TIMELY DELIVERIES.
  • REPRESENT OUR BRAND AT EXHIBITIONS, TRADE SHOWS, AND LOCAL MARKETING EVENTS.
  • TRACK COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES AND SUGGEST STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH IN OFFLINE MARKETS.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Fashion).
