Job Title:

Credit Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Recovery Specialist to drive our collection process and engage with clients for the recovery of outstanding payments. To succeed in this role, you must possess knowledge of the collections process and have the ability to balance assertive communication with excellent customer service.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize debt recovery while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactively pursue overdue amounts through phone calls and emails to minimize debts and preserve loss experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to payment collection accounts receivable.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of collection strategies to promote continuous improvement in the collections process.
  • Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Familiarize yourself with the system to monitor and resolve overdue cases effectively and support the recovery team in resolving cases by recovery.
  • Verify potential defaulters among clients and customers.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to negotiate with clients and visit their premises for either payment or product pick up when necessary.
