Job Description:

The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing trademark and IP matters, including:

  • Trademark search and registration procedures
  • Data management and analysis
  • Rectification proceedings and injunction matters
  • Drafting cease and desist notices and opposition documents
  • Managing trade mark, design, and copyright-related matters

This role requires a deep understanding of trade mark and IP laws, excellent drafting and communication skills, and experience working independently under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in trade mark and IP
  • Law graduate from a recognized university
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to work independently
