Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as STEM Evaluators. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to create, review, and refine high-quality data that directly enhances the AI's ability to teach millions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies, or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding, or Finance from a premier institution.
  • Demonstrable academic excellence, strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject, and excellent conceptual understanding.
  • Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams such as JEE Advanced or NEET or GATE.
  • Experience with AI/ML feedback and familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI models or large language models.

  • Pedagogical aptitude with the ability to explain concepts in an easy-to-understand, step-by-step manner.
