Job Title: Plastic Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our team.

Job Description

As a Plastic Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling plastic components, including tanks, piping systems, filters, banders, and fume hoods. You will work with various materials, such as PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer), and use tools and machinery to cut, bend, and shape plastic sheets and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPH welding, hot gas welding, butt welding, and fusion welding as per design requirements.
  • Cut, bend, and shape plastic sheets and components using proper tools and machinery.
  • Fabricate and assemble blower tanks, piping lines, vessels, filters, banders, and fume hoods as per drawing specification.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in PPH welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of plastic fabrication tools and machines.
  • Skilled in cutting, bending, and assembly work.
  • Ability to handle PPH sheets, rods, and pipes.
  • Good understanding of industrial drawings and process equipment.
