Job Overview:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects from inception to delivery.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in project management within enterprise IT or insurance sectors.
  • 5+ years managing implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
