Electronics Engineering Manager

This is a high-level leadership role responsible for guiding and directing Analog IC design teams.

Develop and implement electronic products that meet customer requirements, focusing on Audio converters for various market segments.

Lead technical teams in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts and integrated circuits for diverse applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from definition to release to manufacturing.
  • Direct research and technical design activities to create innovative electronic solutions.
  • Evaluate project outcomes during the design phase and silicon evaluation to ensure technical objectives are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Analog Design.
  • Chip Lead or Analog Design lead experience in Mixed Signal IC development.
  • Hands-on experience with High-performance Sigma Delta ADC/DAC/PLL/Op-amp.
