Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - SAP S4HANA Systems

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily cloud operations of our infrastructure as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong SAP Basis and Database expertise.
  2. Work across the System Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain multiple SAP S4/HANA system components or applications.
  3. Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems for cloud delivery.
  4. Setup a multi-system landscape architecture and integrate aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
  5. Perform lifecycle management activities like hotfixes, upgrades, EPs, provisioning, monitoring, and operating cloud services meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  6. Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents.
  7. Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems.
  8. Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocating computing resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP with at least 2 years focus on SAP S4/HANA and/or SAP Payroll.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and comprehensive root cause analysis.
  • Experience in implementation, upgrade, and support of the latest SAP systems versions, running on Windows/Linux OS and HANA.
  • Good knowledge of hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experienced in building and/or planning and testing of Disaster Recovery.
  • Security-first mindset, and familiar with cybersecurity, governance, risks, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, databases, web services, networking, virtualization, and internet protocols.
