Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Job SummaryAs a technical support specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through timely and accurate issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external users including customer service teams, clients, and partners.
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.
  • Assist the QA lead with quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to quickly identify the root cause of their problems.
  • Propose workarounds to customers when fixes will take time to be released.
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure problem resolution.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Provide support through procedural documentation.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Evaluate and test new releases.
  • Develop innovative solutions for a smooth operational process.
