Global Medical Study Abroad Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Medical Study Abroad Counsellor and Backend Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students who wish to pursue medical education abroad (MBBS/MD) and handling the associated backend operations including documentation, application processing, and student follow-ups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Counselling: Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents regarding MBBS/medical courses abroad. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. Assist students in selecting the right university and country based on their academic profile, preferences, and budget. Handle queries related to admissions, visa process, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (e.g. NEET), tuition fees, and accommodation. Organize and participate in educational events.
  • Backend Process: Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Coordinate with partner universities and embassies for admission and visa procedures. Handle document verification, application submission, and follow-ups. Ensure timely processing of offer letters, acceptance letters, and visa filing support. Support the marketing team with backend coordination for campaigns and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline); education in healthcare, life sciences, or counselling is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Familiarity with overseas education processes, especially for medical studies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
