The Platform Product Group engineers are dedicated to building a robust, scalable, and compliant platform that operates with speed, efficiency, and quality. Our teams develop and maintain critical platforms essential to our organization's success.

The AI Platform Team is a dynamic and ambitious group focused on creating centralized AI infrastructure and acceleration solutions that drive productivity, innovation, and customer impact across our organization.

As a Software Engineer on our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how people and businesses interact with and benefit from AI in the future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on architecture & development of the platform for all LLM use-cases within our organization, leading a team of ICs
  • Providing technical direction to teams and working closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
  • Mentoring junior engineers to build high-quality software and enhance their skills

What we look for in you:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Experience designing, building, and scaling production applications, as well as leading a team of highly competent engineers
  • Ability to uplevel junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow

Nice to have:

  • Background in rapid growth companies (from startup to mid-size)
  • Experience with Golang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
  • Background in working with AI/LLM models
