Enterprise Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced enterprise planning expert to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of solutions using Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS).

About the Role

This role involves leading cross-functional teams and defining reusable patterns to influence solution architecture. You will serve as a senior-most builder ensuring accuracy, scalability, and innovation in enterprise planning and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Define and implement driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion and at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.
