Senior Audio Visual Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audio Visual Systems Engineer to join our high-end technology division in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude for various AV equipment, including video displays, control systems, audio processors, and video conferencing hardware.

  1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and architectural plans to ensure accurate installation.
  2. Performing system configuration to guarantee optimal performance of all installed equipment.
  3. Conducting on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve service-related queries efficiently and effectively.
  4. Maintaining meticulous records of work performed, equipment used, and client communication.
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AV technology and industry best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional email communication skills to handle technical inquiries and provide professional updates.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • A strong customer-service orientation and a professional demeanor.
