Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 0-18 months of relevant experience
  • Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline (Fresher s applicable however preferably Graduate Fresher)
  • Back Office role (non-voice)
  • Knowledge of Lending Operations, KYC, AML, Collateral Experience
  • Responsible for providing loans for business
  • Experience of working in BPO/KPO
  • Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns
