About The Role

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to deliver high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing intuitive and aesthetically refined digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Conduct research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear and user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).
