Graphic & Motion Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic & Motion Designer who can push boundaries, think beyond templates, and deliver top-notch design and video content across digital and print platforms.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and AI creative tools for design and video.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms.
    • Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts.
    • Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
    • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
    • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
    • Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
    • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
    • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
    • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
    • Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
    • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI creative tools for design and video.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • An ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
  • A knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
